Shipping Policy
Where we post, how long it takes, and what happens when something goes astray.

1. Where we ship
The United States only, including PO boxes where the carrier permits. We do not ship internationally yet.
2. What it costs
Shipping is included in the price. There is no separate postage line at checkout and no surprise at the end.
3. How long it takes
Two periods, and the second only begins when the first ends:
- Making it — your cards are printed, tags are encoded and verified, and seals are pressed. A custom wax stamp adds the extra time shown on the product before you buy.
- Posting it — ordinary carrier transit once it leaves us. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Estimated dates are estimates. We watch for parcels that pass their expected delivery date and chase them, but we do not control the postal service.
4. Orders we post for you
With a White-Glove order we post directly to the people you name. After payment you add one recipient for each card you bought and confirm the list; nothing is posted until you do, so an order can sit waiting for you. Please check the addresses — we send exactly what you confirm.
The people you name can ask us to erase their name and address at any time. If they do before their card is posted, it is not posted: you may name someone else for it, or we refund it (see the Refund Policy).
5. Wrong address, or returned to us
If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will tell you and re-post it once at our cost. Further attempts, or a change of address after posting, may be chargeable. The one exception: if the recipient has asked us to erase their details, a returned card is never posted again.
6. Damaged, lost or never arrived
Tell us within 30 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date if nothing came, and we will replace it or refund it in full including postage. Photographs of the damage help but are not required. Write to contact@tapawish.com with your order number.
7. The digital side arrives first
A Wish works as soon as it is published, whatever the post is doing. If a keepsake is delayed, the person you are sending it to can still open the Wish from a link you share.
